Please note -- These two items must be completed prior to the start of camp:

All Campers must provide a RECENT RECORD OF IMMUNIZATIONS/PHYSICAL EXAM REPORT* from your peditrician (*completed within the past year).  This documentation in required by the Milton Board of Health.  Failure to submit this documentation will prevent your child from participation in our camp.  We are sorry, but no exceptions.   

All Campers and Parents are required to review the IMPORTANT INFORMATION document to familiarize yourselves with camp policies, procedures and schedules.  The updated guide will be posted in July 2008.
